I’ll preface this review with the fact that I don’t like working out at all! However, Kyle and his team were able to help me get my mindset to welcome the challenge in order to make sustainable lifestyle improvements. From not working out for at least two years I’m now in a position where I feel a need to hit the gym every morning, and have learned to avoid injuries which I have been susceptible to in the past. I’m not an easy person to work with, I have very specific requests and Kyle curated a regimen to my needs and provided flexibility to my lifestyle. Ultimately over the course of a month I added 8lbs, but it’s only the beginning of my journey. some of the most challenging part was the nutrition and Kyle helped me with making good choices but mostly eating enough food to add healthy weight. All in all I recommend Kyle to anyone looking for someone that is extremely knowledgeable about the human body, that will hold them accountable, and will push them to overcome the limitations we put on ourselves.
