My background spans professional endurance racing, men’s physique competitions, 24-hour mountain races, and authoring a book on health and performance. I’ve spent years pushing physical limits and studying what it takes to produce real, lasting results.
From growing up surfing the beaches of San Diego and playing competitive lacrosse, to completing U.S. Marine Corps boot camp and working as a sawyer on a Type 2 Initial Attack wildland fire crew, discipline and performance have always been at the center of my life.
